The General Instructions
Find your novel title and then post a comment. You should use the following format (in purple) for your first post. Thereafter, respond in ways that work for you (but it is always helpful to provide good quotations for discussion).

Now add your thoughts on this passage. Why did it strike you? What connections can you make? What word or aspect of the language is especially noteworthy? What questions does the passage raise?
Finally, take at least a line or two to respond to what others have been posting.
